Thank you for this message. It means a lot to me that you shared how far you have come in your journey. And I love how you write "I am a bipolar warrior who wants to make a difference in the world.".... As a mom who battles bipolar disorder, this resonated with me. I can only hope that my writings will make a difference too.

Your very welcome. I think the stories where people are doing well are so important to give others hope. I love writing bipolar warrior or I battle bipolar. I rarely say I have bipolar disorder because like many of us we do not want to be defined by our illness. We are bada** warriors who deserve praise. So far the feedback from my book has been mind blowing, I had no idea the impact that I was going to have on others. It truly gives me so much purpose. It was extremely hard to write and I did have to stop many times. So nice to hear from you, I really appreciate your kind words.
